Discovery Unveils “Eat.Drink.Travel.Live.” for Lifestyle Network

SILVER SPRING, July 18: Discovery Travel & Living will
be inviting its viewers to “Eat.Drink.Travel.Live.” with a new programming
initiative rolling out this September in Asia, Latin America, Europe and the
U.S.

“Eat.Drink.Travel.Live”, showcasing cuisine, unique
destinations, luxury hotels and high-end shopping, will premiere on Discovery
Travel & Living throughout Asia, Latin America, and Europe and on Discovery
Travel & Living (Viajar y Vivir) in the U.S. from September 22 to 24.

“Eat.Drink.Travel.Live. will give viewers the inside track
on all the latest trends in luxury,” said Rebecca Batties, the executive VP of
creative development and brand management at Discovery Networks International.
“Experts on travel, food, design and décor will share their insights on some of
the best things in life, including the most impressive homes and hotels in the
world, exceptional restaurants, exhilarating nightclubs, the ins and outs of
great food and one-of-a-kind ideas for entertaining at home.”

Programming to be featured in the stunt includes the
5×30-minute The Smiths’ Hotels for 2, produced
by Outline Productions and based on a series of travel guides published by
Andrew Grahame and Juliet Kinsman. Also included in the initiative is the
13-part series Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, as well as Cocktail Kings, Kylie Kwong: Simply Magic, Superhomes and Surfing the Menu.
