CTVglobemedia Reorganizes TV Division

TORONTO, October 2: CTVglobemedia has restructured its
television division following its acquisition of CHUM, with five executive
appointments and the reorganization of its TV brands.

Susanne Boyce has been named president of creative, content
and channels at CTV Inc., leading all creative aspects of the conventional,
specialty and digital platforms, excluding sports. She will oversee program
development, production, programming, scheduling, branding and promotion, including
creative collaboration with the sports group on Olympic programming.

Rick Brace has been appointed president of revenue, business
planning and sports at CTV Inc., with responsibility for all aspects of the
company's revenue streams (conventional, specialty and interactive advertising;
cable, satellite and new media subscription) and all business unit planning. He
will continue to oversee the sports group and the Olympic Joint Venture.

Announcing the reorganization, Ivan Fecan, the president and
CEO of CTVglobemedia and CEO of CTV Inc., commented: "This is the third
time that we have reinvented our organization in the 12 years I have had the
privilege of leading our team. The first was when we, then Baton Broadcasting,
acquired the CTV network and many of the privately owned CTV affiliates, while
launching a number of specialty channels. The second was when we acquired the
leading independent specialty broadcaster of the day, Netstar, which owned TSN,
RDS and Discovery. Each time, our objective was to improve our performance
creatively and financially, while continuing to grow. The key to our continued
successful growth is to use our new scale to improve our programs and better
differentiate our channels and new media experience, while becoming more efficient
off screen."

Fecan announced three additional appointments at
CTVglobemedia’s corporate units: Dawn Fell, is executive VP of human resources
and operations; Andre Serero, is executive VP of business and legal affairs;
and Paul Sparkes, is executive VP of corporate affairs. Robin Fillingham
remains as CFO.
