CME Emerges from Q3 2005 Loss

HAMILTON, November 9: Central European Media Enterprises has
emerged from its $9.7 million loss in the third quarter of last year to post a
profit of $3.9 million.

The company reported consolidated net revenues of $112.5
million, a 29-percent increase on last year.

Michael Garin, CME’s CEO, commented, "The financial
performance of our stations for the third quarter 2006 was impressive. We have
successfully implemented a regional management model that drives EBITDA margins
by taking the experience from our best operators and applying it across our
markets. We remain confident in this year's guidance and are now looking
forward to an even stronger 2007."

The bulk of the company’s revenues came from the Czech
Republic, where TV Nova and Galaxie Sport delivered revenues of $40.1 million,
down from last year’s $40.9 million. Romanian operations contributed revenues
of $29.3 million. Studio 1+1 and Gravis in Ukraine delivered revenues of $15.8
million. In the Slovak Republic, Markiza TV reported revenues of $13.9 million.
In Slovenia, where CME operates Pop TV and Kanal A, revenues rose to $9.1
million. In Croatia, with Nova TV, revenues rose to $4.3 million.
