Central Partnership Inks First U.K. Deal

MOSCOW, September 18:
Russia’s Central Partnership has bagged its first deal in the U.K. with the
sale of three movies to Dolphin Television’s Movies4Men Channels.

Titles include Shadowboxing,
one of Russia’s biggest box-office
grossing films of 2005; Moscow Mission, an all-action thriller released last year; and the specially adapted
film version of the successful WWII TV mini-series, The Last Armoured Train.
The films will be shown in Russian
with English subtitles specifically created by Central Partnership.

John Broadbent, Dolphin
Television’s controller of program planning and acquisitions, commented: “We
are extremely excited about these newly acquired features from Central
Partnership. The visual quality and technical resource attached to these
productions is absolutely astounding, and the films will add an exciting new
dimension to the Movies4Men program portfolio. We relish the opportunity to
explore new programming territory, and we certainly hope to secure more product
from Central Partnership in the near future.”
