C4I, Superchannel Strike Pay-TV Agreement

LONDON, October 2: The Canadian pay-TV network Superchannel,
slated to launch this fall, has acquired a range of programming from Channel 4
International.

As part of the agreement, Superchannel will present a range
of Channel 4 drama and comedy series, contemporary TV movies and high-end
documentaries. The package will also contain a number of programs for
Superchannel’s two HD services. Among the first titles offered will be Teachers,
No Angels, Wedding Belles, The Yellow House,
Mr Miss Pageant, Hypochondriacs
Holiday and Thanks for the
Memories.
