Breakthrough Closes Pre-DISCOP Sales

TORONTO: Breakthrough Entertainment heads into DISCOP East with a number of deals already secured in Central and Eastern Europe.

Battlefield Mysteries and Greatest Tank Battles were picked up by Czech TV. Greatest Tank Battles has also been licensed to CODI Art & Production Agency in the Czech Republic for DVD rights only.

David Rocco’s Dolce Vita went to TV Paprika for Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia. Science of the Senses was sold to Planete of Poland. Producing Parker was acquired by Muz-TV/ZAO TV Service in Russia. Manic Organic went to Big Media of Russia and Kuchnia TV (Canal+) in Poland.

Streets of the World, Legend Hunters, DAD, Future Medicine and Manic Organic were all sold to TVN, while Plastic Makes Perfect has been licensed to Polsat. Combat Forces, Future Revealed, Crime Stories and Countdown to the Future were sold to Spektrum/Chello for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Re-Inventors was acquired by Red Media for Russia, CIS, Georgia and the Baltics.
