Beyond Takes On Two Culinary Docudramas

SYDNEY, March 18: Beyond
Distribution will distribute two new culinary-based series, Chef School and Fink, and will launch both docudramas on the international market at
MIPTV.

Produced by Red Apple
Entertainment, Chef School follows
a group of cooking students through an intense two-year program at The
Stratford Chefs School. The behind-the-scenes series is one part kitchen boot
camp and one part gastronomic finishing school.

Fink watches the crusade of a culinary arts teacher at
Northwestern Secondary School in Stratford, Ontario, Paul Finkelstein, know as
‘Fink’ to his students. Fink transforms the lives of his students by showing
them how the food they eat affects every aspect of their lives. Over the course
of a term, Fink will attempt to raise the consciousness of a junk-food
generation, while balancing running a funky fine-foods alternative high-school
cafeteria. He also takes a group of Culinary Club students on a pilgrimage to
Italy.
