Beyond Bags New Cooking Series

SYDNEY, November 18:
Beyond Distribution has taken on the worldwide distribution rights for
Whalley-Abbey Media's cooking series Chuck's
Day Off
.

The 13×30-minute series,
shot in HD, is currently in production and will premiere next year on Food
Canada. The show is centered on restaurant owner and head chef Chuck Hughes,
and is shot in his restaurant. Beyond plans to launch the completed series at
MIPTV 2009.

Rosenstein, the show's executive producer, commented, "We're really excited
to partner with Beyond in unleashing Chuck Hughes on the world! Knowing how to
cook has never been cooler and Chuck's
Day Off
is a series that we feel fills a growing hunger for food
programming with a bit more bite."

Fiona Crago, the general manager of Beyond Distribution, said,

response from our buyers. This is certainly not another regular cooking
