BabyFirstTV Appoints Marketing SVP

LOS ANGELES, May 18:
BabyFirstTV has tapped Jeffrey Quinn, previously with The Brainy Baby Company,
as the senior VP of marketing, effective immediately, reporting to Sharon
Rechter, the executive VP.

Based in the company’s Los
Angeles headquarters, Quinn will direct the channel’s industry and consumer
marketing, advertising and promotional operations. He joins BabyFirstTV from
the Atlanta-based The Brainy Baby Company, where he served as the VP of sales
and licensing. There, he was responsible for domestic and international sales,
product licensing, content licensing, acquisitions, broadcast and promotions.
Quinn also played a key role in securing licensees across a number of consumer
products categories, and led the development of more than 50 licensed products.
He also created the company’s international network of distributors that sold
Brainy Baby products into over 50 countries on six continents as well as the
company’s network of cable providers that broadcast Brainy Baby content into
118 countries.

Launched in May 2006,
BabyFirstTV is the only 24/7 commercial-free channel in the U.S. offering

babies, toddlers and their parents.
