Atom.com, MyDamnChannel.com in Distribution Partnership

NEW YORK, November 21: A
new deal between entertainment studio and new-media platform My Damn Channel and Comedy
Central's digital comedy network Atom.com sees the cross-distribution of a range of the companies' original
productions.

My
Damn Channel will launch a number of its original productions in a new channel
on Atom.com. MyDamnChannel.Atom.com will feature a selection of episodes from
David Wain's Wainy Days at launch,
with a number of series set to join in the future, including You Suck at Photoshop and the comic soap
opera Horrible People.

Additionally,
an Atom-branded destination debuts today on MyDamnChannel.com,
MyDamnChannel.com/Atom. The site will feature Atom originals like The Legend of Neil, Stickman Exodus and Tiny
Hands.

"When we started last
year with a nickel and two views, we never dreamed the most popular cheerleader
in school would want to date us," said Rob Barnett, the founder and CEO of
My Damn Channel. "If we play our cards right, I'm sure we'll both score.
The combined distribution power of our brand with Atom.com creates solid
cross-promotion and new revenue opportunities."

"We've chosen a
collection of our favorite My Damn Channel videos to program on Atom.com,"
added Scott Roesch, the general manager of Atom.com. "This partnership not
only gives both brands access to highly relevant new audiences, it gives the
Atom staff a chance to justify all the time they've wasted on MyDamnChannel.com
over the past year."
