Amp’d Mobile Expands to Canada

VANCOUVER/TORONTO, August
4: Amp’d Mobile is expanding to Canada, with its interactive and customized
mobile entertainment, information and messaging services set to be offered on
telecommunications company TELUS's Wireless High Speed network early next year.

Canada’s TELUS has also
made a $7.5 million equity investment in Amp'd Mobile.

Through Amp'd Mobile's
proprietary Amp'd Live environment, users will have access to music, 3-D mobile
gaming, live sports and concert video streaming, mobile communities, unique
personalization features, as well as traditional mobile phone functionality.

Under the terms of the
deal, Amp'd Mobile will provide its mobile entertainment service and handsets.
TELUS will manage sales and distribution, billing, client care, network
operations and pricing.
