AETN Joins U-Verse TV Lineup

SAN ANTONIO, January 30: A slate of channels from A&E
Television Networks (AETN) will be made available on the AT&T U-verse TV
lineup, along with a raft of video on demand programming.

The deal covers carriage
for A&E Network, The History
Channel, The History Channel En Espanol, The Biography Channel, History
International, Crime & Investigation Network and The Military History
Channel. AT&T U-verse will also carry A&E Network in HD. Further, the
AT&T U-verse video-on-demand library will also feature shows such as Dog
The Bounty Hunter
and Intervention from A&E and Digging for the Truth and Dogfights from The History Channel.

AT&T U-verse TV, delivered over fiber-optic cable,
launched commercially in June 2006. It has carriage deals with, among others,
HDNET, NBC Universal and Fox News.
