SYDNEY: The live-action drama series My Place, which comes from Australian Children’s Television Foundation, has been picked up by a range of broadcasters, including ABC TV in Australia and RTP in Portugal.

The show is based on a classic Australian picture book by Nadia Wheatley and Donna Rawlins and centers on one piece of land in Sydney, viewed through the eyes of children who once lived there. Each of the series’ 13 episodes features a new story with a new cast, taking place over a 120-year period.

The series was also picked up by SVT Sveriges Television in Sweden and NRK in Norway.
