ABC Gives Full-Season Orders for Trio of Shows

BURBANK: ABC has picked up full seasons of the fairytale drama Once Upon a Time and the comedies Last Man Standing, starring Tim Allen, and Happy Endings.

Produced by ABC Studios, Once Upon a Time is from Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, producers of Lost. The show is the number one rated drama of the season, and opened with ratings of more than 12 million viewers. Home Improvement star Tim Allen’s return to television, Last Man Standing, opened with more than 13 million viewers. The show is from Twentieth Century Fox Television. The returning comedy Happy Endings, which stars Elisha Cuthbert, is also getting a full season on ABC.

ABC previously gave full-season orders for Suburgatory and Revenge.

Also, the network has ordered five additional scripts for Pan Am, but has yet to greenlight production for any new episodes.
