V-me Adds Cooking Block to Schedule

NEW YORK, November 7: U.S.
Hispanic network V-me debuted its all-new food lineup on November 1, featuring
original shows from Latin American food network elgourmet.com, a channel produced by
Pramer.

The new block airs every
weekday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 1:30 p.m. Featured
series include Sumo Placer, with chef
Sumito
Estévez introducing viewers to Venezuelan cuisine; Donato Cucina, which follows chef Donato De Santis on a culinary
tour of his native Italy; Gourmet Light,
centered on Mexican chef Enrique Fleischmann as prepares healthy meals; and Recetas en Cadena, featuring Alfonso
Cadena preparing original recipes in his own fusion style. Also set to air are All Uso
Nostro
, presenting New World versions of Italy's classic recipes; ABC Gourmet, a series of educational
cooking classes; and Pasteleria.MX,
about the art of Mexican pastry making.

In addition to the daily
TV block, VmeTV.com will feature recipes, cooking tips and techniques and bonus
content.
