Bravo Bulks Up Programming

NEW YORK, October 31:
Bravo has added five new shows to its development slate, expanding its roster
of arts and culture programming, and has picked up a new fashion-design
competition series, tentatively titled The Fashion Show.

Produced by 3 Ball
Productions, The Fashion Show will
kick off its casting call across the U.S. in early November. The show's winner
will be chosen by viewers and will have their designs sold by a retailer. The
move is seen as the network's way of protecting itself, should it lose Project
Runway
to Lifetime this year.

Also set to join Bravo is Fashionality, a weekly one-hour series featuring tastemakers
from the worlds of media and fashion. The topical series will explore all
things pop culture through field pieces, roundtable debates and interviews. Fashionality is produced by Embassy Row and Superb
Entertainment for Bravo.

On Celebrity Sew-Off, celebrity contestants will be paired with an
industry expert to help execute their creative vision, competing to launch a
trendsetting clothing label. Lake Paradise Entertainment is producing the
series.

Docu-series in development
for Bravo include Double Exposure,
which provides a glimpse into the world of fashion photography; Polo, looking at the glamorous and competitive lives of
the world's most accomplished polo players; and The Dubai Project, following a group of American and British ex-pats
and their entourages around the fastest-growing city on Earth. Double
Exposure
is produced by Juma
Entertainment, Granada USA is producing Polo and The Dubai Project is a World of Wonder production.
