Former Turner Exec Joins Sports, Entertainment Agency

ATLANTA, July 9: Mark Lazarus, who left his role as president
of Turner Entertainment Group after a management restructure in January of this
year, has joined Career Sports & Entertainment (CS&E), an Atlanta-based
agency.

Lazarus joins the firm as its president of media and
marketing. The full-service agency’s media services division produces a slate
of content, providing more than 200 hours a year of outdoor programming to
ESPN, while the corporate marketing segment features clients such as AT&T
and Kellogg Company. "His track record of success in developing businesses
will help us create strong content and marketing plans for our existing clients
and those whose business we will earn,” said Lonnie Cooper, the founder and CEO
of CS&E. NASCAR Media Group has already engaged CS&E to develop
long-term strategic plans and consult on a number of industry and business
objectives.
