Lifetime Hires Former Disney, ESPN Exec

NEW YORK, February 12: Lifetime Networks has appointed Lori
Conkling, a former executive at Disney and ESPN Media Networks, as its new
executive VP of distribution, effective March 1.

Conkling will be responsible for all distribution at
Lifetime Television and Lifetime Movie Network, as well as Lifetime Real Women.
She will oversee the expansion of new and existing product platforms such as
Lifetime, Lifetime VOD, Lifetime Movie Network HD and Lifetime Movie Network en
Espanol on demand.

At Disney and ESPN Media Networks, Conkling served as the VP
of national accounts since 2004. In this role she was responsible for executing
multi-product national distribution deals for linear channels, VOD and
pay-per-view services, broadband products and interactive TV applications.
Additionally, she negotiated on behalf of Disney, ESPN, ABC and ABC News, among
others. She is credited for overseeing the expansion of Disney and ESPN’s
multiplatform services.

“As we look to expand our incredibly powerful brand and
increase our premier content and services to reach and resonate with even more
women, Lori's strong relationships and vast experience in executing long-term,
multi-product deals and creating highly successful marketing campaigns with
distribution partners will make her a valuable addition to the Lifetime team,”
said Lifetime Networks’ president and CEO, Andrea Wong. “Lori will be replacing
the retiring Louise Henry Bryson, whose business acumen, passion and leadership
have been critical to the great success Lifetime Networks enjoys today. I am
thrilled that Louise is not leaving until the end of May to ensure a smooth
transition and Lori will be able to seamlessly build on Louise's and her team's
many accomplishments.”
