ABC Extends Dirty Sexy Money

LOS ANGELES, November 19:
Freshman ABC drama Dirty Sexy Money has been picked up for a full-season order, with Lolita Davidovich
joining the cast in a recurring role.

Davidovich will play a hospital administrator and potential love
interest for Donald Sutherland’s character. The actress also has a recurring
role on Marshall Herskovitz and Edward Zwick's web series Quarterlife, which has just been picked up by NBC. Davidovich
will begin filming with Dirty Sexy Money immediately.

The series will shoot a
couple more episodes with scripts written before the writers’ strike began. Dirty
Sexy Money
is the fourth new ABC
series to receive a full-season pickup—along with Private Practice,
Samantha Who?
and Pushing
Daisies
—and is the first
series on any network to receive a full order since the start of the strike.
