Thought Equity Motion Expands International Reach

DENVER, November 9: Thought Equity Motion has launched
Premier Partner Program, a new distribution system that will make its footage
collection more readily available to clients in Europe and Latin America.

The new distribution system will be provided in conjunction
with TIPS Images & Film in Italy; Central Order in Germany, Austria and
Switzerland; and Latin Stock in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. The European and
Latin American firms will be able to provide their clients with the full range
of research, content, and rights and clearance services provided by Thought
Equity. This includes more than 4 million hours of motion content from HBO,
Sony Pictures, NBC News Archives, National Geographic, NCAA, FilmWorld, March
of Time and others.

In August, Thought Equity announced the acquisition of the
Australian firm Film World, which now provides access to the Thought Equity
collection throughout Asia and the Pacific. Thought Equity also has offices in
Tokyo in addition to its offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Denver.

"TIPS and Central Order are two of the most important
content firms in Europe and Latin Stock holds an equally prominent position in
the Spanish-speaking Americas," said Kevin Schaff, Thought Equity's CEO.
"We are very happy to have them as our first Premier Partners. In the
future, other firms will join this very powerful collaboration. Advertising,
entertainment and documentary filmmakers worldwide will have access to a
greatly expanded universe of moving images."
