PBS Launches Ken Burns Area on iTunes

BEVERLY HILLS, July 12:
PBS has announced that a variety of award-winning documentaries from Ken Burns,
along with related multimedia like audiobooks and podcasts, are now available
for purchase and download on the iTunes Store.

There will be a dedicated
Ken Burns area within the iTunes Store that will offer documentaries such as Jazz,
Ken Burns: America and the Ken
Burns: American Lives collections,
including Frank Lloyd Wright, Brooklyn
Bridge, Horatio’s Drive and The Statue of Liberty, among others. Other Ken Burns-related multimedia
such as music, audiobooks and podcasts will also be available via iTunes,
including one for Burns's upcoming documentary The War, airing on PBS on September 23.

The Ken Burns
documentaries join PBS' other offerings on the iTunes Store, including Antiques
Roadshow, NOVA, Arthur, Cyberchase and Fetch!
