GSN President and CEO Resigns

SANTA MONICA, July 10: After serving as president and CEO of
GSN (Game Show Network) for the past six years, Rich Cronin is resigning from
the company at the end of the month.

“I am honored to have led a great team of creative business
people in pioneering interactive television games and in growing GSN so
dramatically,” said Cronin. “Together we have built a strong business that
combines GSN television, GSN.com, mobile/text participation and other digital
media.”

Over the course of his six years at GSN, programming was
expanded to include originals such as Lingo,
World Series of Blackjack, High
Stakes Poker and the award-winning special,
National Vocabulary Championship.
Cronin was also responsible for bringing the World Poker Tour to GSN for 2008, and has worked with programming
executives on several interactive TV series launching between July and
September, including Without Prejudice?, Grand Slam and That’s
the Question. His tenure has seen
distribution for the Liberty Media/Sony Pictures Entertainment venture rise
from 31 million to 64 million homes.

He will continue to work closely with the GSN team and
clients until his departure, insuring a smooth transition. A successor is
expected to be named in the coming weeks.
