Telescreen Closes New Lizzie Deals

HILVERSUM, April 16: The classic tween series Lizzie
McGuire continues to notch up deals after airing in more than 100 territories
worldwide, with Telescreen announcing three new slots for the series in Eastern
Europe.

In the Ukraine, New Channel has acquired TV rights to
the 65 commercial half hours of Lizzie McGuire. Happy TV
will broadcast the series for the first time in Serbia and for the Hungarian
market, Cinetel has acquired the series. Further, renewals have been concluded
with Disney Channels in Taiwan and Japan; TG4 in Ireland; Tele Amazones in
Ecuador and Ketnet in Belgium.
