Lionsgate Titles Join CinemaNow’s Day and Date Burn-to-DVD Service

MARINA DEL REY, October 25: Lionsgate has joined Universal
Studios Home Entertainment in CinemaNow’s “day and date” burn-to-DVD service,
allowing consumers to download features to their PCs and burn them to DVD on
the same day as their retail release.

Beginning this week, when Lionsgate’s An American
Haunting
is released nationwide in retail
stores, visitors to CinemaNow can download a fully featured DVD for a
promotional price of $9.99.

This week, CinemaNow will also add select titles from the
Lionsgate library to its burn to DVD selection, including Reservoir Dogs and National Lampoon’s Van Wilder.

CinemaNow currently offers more than 100 videos as part of
its Burn to DVD service, including content from Buena Vista Home Entertainment,
MGM Worldwide Digital Media, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Universal Studios
Home Entertainment, EagleVision and Sundance Channel.
