Great American Media to Adapt Melissa Ferguson’s Novels

Meet Me in the Margins and The Christmas Yes List will be adapted into movies by Great American Media due to their new creative partnership with author Melissa Ferguson.

Meet Me in the Margins is in production and will premiere later in 2026, and stars Merritt Patterson and Liam McIntyre. It follows an aspiring author whose secret manuscript sparks an unexpected romance in the publishing world.

The Christmas Yes List, a new novel to be released closer to the holidays, is a holiday rom-com about a people-pleaser collecting ten rejections by Christmas and a by-the-book workaholic saying yes to everything.
