Q1 Revenues Grow to $1.5 Billion at Fubo

In Q1 of the fiscal year, Fubo saw 40 percent year-over-year growth in reported global revenues to $1.5 billion, though on a pro forma basis, revenues grew just 6 percent.

The company reported a net loss of $19.1 million. On a pro forma basis, the net loss was $46.5 million. Pro forma adjusted EBITDA was $41.4 million.

Fubo had 6.2 million total subscribers in North America and 335,000 in the rest of the world, compared to last year’s Q1, when North America had 6.3 million subscribers and the rest of the world counted 362,000.
