Rapid Blue Appoints Refiloe Montso & Grant Flynn to New Roles

Rapid Blue has appointed Refiloe Montso as COO and Grant Flynn as chief creative officer.

Montso joined Rapid Blue as its business and legal affairs manager in 2024. Her experience spans legal strategy, business operations and production management, making her a key driver of Rapid Blue’s growth.

Flynn, who joined Rapid Blue in 2021, holds extensive experience in unscripted ideation, format localization and structuring deals with broadcasters, distributors and commercial brands.
