ATF Spotlight: ITV Studios Global Entertainment

SINGAPORE: ITV Studios Global Entertainment (ITVS GE) has been making a massive global push with the drama Victoria, which has already sold to more than 150 countries and been commissioned for a second season.

Jenna Coleman stars as the young queen who ascends to the throne at age 18. “The story isn’t focused on politics but rather on her personal life and her journey as a queen, a wife and a mother,” says Hyeonza Hong, ITVS GE’s senior VP of sales for Asia. “It’s romantic, not to mention visually stunning with the beautiful costumes and jewelry. This is a story everyone can relate to.”

Further highlights include Prime Suspect: Tennison, a prequel to the hit police drama, and the format Meet the Parents, which promises a new approach to the dating genre. Hong adds, “ITV Studios is internationally renowned for its strong slate of high-end, returning dramas and brilliant formats.”
