TFOU & Alphanim Partner on Calimero

VINCENNES/BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, September 8: TFOU and Alphanim (Gaumont Group) are developing a new CGI Calimero series, scheduled to premiere in 2013.

Calimero is based on the character created in 1963 by Pagot and targets children 4 to 7. It is scheduled to premiere in 2013 for the brand’s 50th anniversary.

Alphanim will distribute the series and manage the brand internationally on behalf of Calidra, the rights owner. TF1 Licences was appointed agent for France and TF1 Vidéo has video rights.
