OWN to Broadcast Celine Dion Special

LOS ANGELES: Celine: 3 Boys and a New Show, a prime-time special featuring music icon Celine Dion’s career and family, is to air on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) on October 1.

The 90-minute special gives viewers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Dion’s Las Vegas show Celine as she raises her family. It is produced by Productions J and executive produced by Julie Snyder and Marianik Giffard.

“Celine is not only a dynamic performer, but she’s also an incredibly dedicated mother and wife,” said Lisa Erspamer, the executive VP of production and development at OWN. “This special is an inside look at her life and how she balances her amazing career with being a mom."

"I’m very excited about our new show and so happy to be able to work with Oprah in the early stages of her new network," Dion said. "What she’s doing is amazing, and I’m honored to be a small part of it."
