Singaporean Firms to Showcase Diverse Slate at MIPTV

SINGAPORE/CANNES: A total of 11 companies from Singapore will be in attendance at MIPTV this week, showcasing 45 titles covering in excess of 200 hours of animation, factual and drama programming.

The companies, including August Media, Bang Productions, Infinite Frameworks, MediaCorp, Ochre Pictures, Scrawl Studios, ScreenBox, Sitting In Pictures and Sparky Entertainment, will be at the market under the Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) banner.

On the animation front, there’s season two of Dinosaur Train, the Australia-Singapore co-pro Guess How Much I Love You: The Adventures of the Little Nutbrown Hare and August Media’s Ask Lara.

Factual offerings include seven titles from MediaCorp, Sitting In Pictures’ Kungfu Kitchen and Ochre Pictures The Maverick Chef, plus Screenbox’s second season of FUSEAN.

There will also be technology solutions on display, including the IPTV platform YOONIC and the application BeyondTV. Singapore will also be showcasing interactive content at MIPTV, with Hidden Cities and Partners in Crime.
