UNIVERSAL CITY: NBC has announced its summer lineup, which includes another installment of America’s Got Talent, alongside the new musical competition series The Voice.

America’s Got Talent debuts in its sixth season on May 31 with a special two-hour premiere. The series then resumes its regular run for Tuesdays at 9 p.m. from June 7 to 28. The talent showcase then will begin two-hour Tuesday editions starting July 5 until September 6. On September 13, America’s Got Talent returns to one hour for its penultimate episode, before airing its season finale on September 14.

NBC is also set to launch the new alternative series It’s Worth What?, hosted by comedian Cedric The Entertainer. The game show features contestants discerning the price of items throughout sets of rounds. If they successfully complete the challenges, contestants can win up to $1 million.

The Marriage Ref, from Jerry Seinfeld, is back for a second season. In its new iteration, couples will appear in-studio and face a panel of "experts" comprised of top celebrities and comedians who will weigh in on couples’ spats. At the end of each episode, the studio audience will vote to make one of the winners "The Rightest of the Right," and that person will receive $25,000 and their own billboard in their hometown.

The Voice debuts April 26, with new episodes continuing through the end of June. The musician coaches signed on for the inaugural season are Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, with Carson Daly as host. The winner will receive a recording contract and $100,000.

Still Standing, commissioned from Armoza Formats, is a new game show that offers contestants the chance to win by out-guessing 10 opponents in 10 fast-paced trivia battles. Each player stands behind a coin, ranging in value from $1 to $50,000, though the value is hidden from the players. The true amount is not revealed until one of them loses and drops out of the game, exiting through a trapdoor in the studio floor that they’re standing on.

Love in the Wild is an adventure dating series. Twenty singles, both men and women, head to the remote jungles of Costa Rica. The couples will reveal whether a connection has formed with their current partner or if they would like to switch and get to know someone else. Two singles are sent home each episode.

Original episodes of the drama Law & Order: Los Angeles continue Mondays at 10 p.m. NBC also will present the broadcast network premiere of the final season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent on May 30. The last season of Friday Night Lights also continues well into the summer.

Bob Greenblatt, the chairman of NBC Entertainment, commented: "We want to make it clear that NBC considers the summer as an important part of its overall season and will continue to offer a varied lineup of original programs. Our viewers will have plenty of options with new series such as It’s Worth What? and Love in the Wild as well as continuing shows such as The Voice plus returning favorites like America’s Got Talent. We even have scripted series such as Friday Night Lights and episodes of two separate Law & Order franchises as we build momentum toward the fall season."
