DQE Signs Apparel Deal in France

HYDERABAD: DQ Entertainment International has secured a licensing agreement for apparel with TV Mania through its merchandising agents in France, TF1 Enterprises.

TV Mania picked up the rights to manufacture and distribute The Jungle Book apparel and accessories for babies, kids and teens for a two-year period. DQE will receive a royalty on sales generated from this agreement, which is estimated at about 1 million euros over two years, in addition to a minimum guaranteed amount.

Products include T-shirts, jackets, jogging suits, swimwear, fleece pullovers, shirts, socks and other garments. The deal for TV Mania covers retailing in France and Benelux.
