IFC Slates Ben Stiller, Larry Sanders Shows

LOS ANGELES: Rainbow Media’s IFC has picked up The Larry Sanders Show, along with The Ben Stiller Show and two others.

Also scoring pickups were Mr. Show with Bob and David and Action. These join Monty Python’s Flying Circus, Arrested Development, Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared on the channel’s roster, building on the tagline "Slightly Off."

The series will alternate through a 90-minute comedy block hosted by Scott Aukerman, the founder of the Comedy Death-Ray, that will air on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Larry Sanders will debut January 3, followed by Ben Stiller on January 5, Mr. Show on January 7 and Action in late 2011.
