Disney XD Goes HD on Sky

LONDON: Sky is ramping up its HD offerings with the addition of Disney XD HD, which launches October 18.

A high-definition version of the Disney XD channel will be available across the U.K. and Ireland. The launch lineup will include HD versions of live-action and animated series and movies, including Phineas and Ferb, I’m in the Band, Kick Buttowski and Zeke and Luther. Sky now offers more than 50 HD channels to its subscribers.
