SPT Ups Kate Marsh

LONDON: Kate Marsh has been promoted to senior VP of broadcast and channel development at Sony Pictures Television’s international networks division, where she is tasked with enhancing the performance of the company’s channel portfolio across EMEA.

Reporting to Ross Hair, executive VP of international networks, Marsh will focus on the performance of SET, AXN and Animax across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Marsh will continue to oversee the EMEA broadcast networks team based in London and also to line manage SPT’s networks business in Italy.

“Kate has that rare mix of pay-TV skills that incorporates both creative and commercial expertise," Hair said. "Her talent for developing the performance of our pay TV channels portfolio has been central to the ongoing success of our business, particularly in Italy.
