GRB Hires New Development VP

SHERMAN OAKS: GRB Entertainment has added Emily Mayer to its development team in the role of VP.

As VP of development, Mayer will report to company founder Gary R. Benz, and will be responsible for developing and distributing original content, as well as broadening the programming catalogue to target a female audience. Mayer comes to GRB from a role as VP of series for Alchemy TV Group’s reality division, where she oversaw all unscripted development, production and sales at Alchemy’s U.S. office. Prior to joining Alchemy, Mayer was the director of development for 44 Blue Productions, creating original unscripted and reality content.
