9 Story Signs DVD Deal with Disney on Harriet the Spy

TORONTO: 9 Story Entertainment has granted DVD distribution rights for its live-action movie Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars to The Walt Disney Company for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

The movie features the literary character of Harriet the Spy, created by Louise Fitshugh. Jennifer Stone of Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place plays the title role. 

Vince Commisso, the CEO of 9 Story, said, “With Disney’s representation of the DVD, we anticipate enormous success for Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars throughout the EMEA, capitalizing on the strong television ratings in the region. We  are excited to see its global audience of families grow.”
