UNIVERSAL CITY: NBC has mapped out the premieres and sneak peeks for its new fall prime-time programming, with most of the shows rolling out ahead of the official start of the season.

The rollout starts with commercial-free sneak previews of the comedies Go On—coming August 8 after the evening’s coverage of the 2012 Summer Olympics—and Animal Practice—on August 12, following the Olympics’ closing ceremonies. The day after the conclusion of the Olympics, NBC will premiere the new competition series Stars Earn Stripes, followed on the same night by the advanced season premiere of Grimm.

Following that launch strategy, The Voice returns September 10, leading into encore sneak peeks of Animal Practice and Go On. Go On will make its official time-period premiere on September 11 at 9 p.m., followed by The New Normal at 9:30 and Parenthood at 10 p.m. A sneak peek of Guys with Kids comes on September 12 at 10 p.m. after the second to last episode of America’s Got Talent.

Revolution premieres on September 17. The drama Chicago Fire comes October 10. Animal Practice takes its regular day and time as of September 26 at 8 p.m., followed by the time-period premiere of Guys with Kids.
