Imira Adds Pair of Short-Format Comedies to Catalog

Imira Entertainment has acquired two new short-format comedy series, AstroLOLogy from Lemon Sky and Buck & Buddy from Lil Critter Workshop.

AstroLOLogy is a non-diaglogue comedy featuring human-like characters based on the 12 zodiac signs, while Buck & Buddy is a non-dialogue slapstick comedy about the relationship between a beetle and a stick bug. Imira is offering up both shows to international buyers this week in Cannes.

Paul Robinson, the CEO of Imira, remarked: “Since the beginning of this year we have been searching extensively for innovative, fresh and original non-dialogue comedy series that can work across all viewing spectrums and with universal appeal, and both the star sign comedy for kids AstroLOLogy and the joyous slapstick comedy Buck & Buddy fit these criteria perfectly.”
