Zodiak to Consolidate Operations in Poland

STOCKHOLM, May 27: Zodiak
Television intends to acquire the remaining 65 percent of the shares in the
Polish outfit Mastiff Media Polska for SEK 32 million ($5.4 million).

Currently, Zodiak owns 35
percent of the shares in Mastiff Media Polska. Mastiff Media Polska had a
turnover of approximately SEK 40 million ($6.8 million) in 2007, with a
projected turnover of more than SEK 100 million ($16.9 million) in 2008.

The purchase price will be
SEK 32 million ($5.4 million) upfront, with a potential second payment in 2009
conditioned on the development of the company. Zodiak Television will pay the
total consideration in cash, and the deal is subject to financing.

Mastiff Media Polska
commissions include So You Think You Can Dance for TVN, Don't Forget The Lyrics for TVP and 5th Grader for TV Puls.

“The development of
Mastiff in Poland has been impressive and the management has succeeded in
building the strong company we wished for in the region,” said Patrick
Svensk, the CEO and president of Zodiak Television. “The decision to buy
the remaining shares was therefore an easy one to make. With a 100-percent
ownership we will gain full control of a company that is very important for our
future operations in Continental and Eastern Europe.”
