Zodiak Invests in New Production Company

STOCKHOLM/LONDON, November 27: Zodiak has further
expanded its operations with an investment in the new British production outfit
Lucky Day, headed by former Celador development chief Damon Pattison.

Lucky Day will focus on entertainment, specializing
in prime-time game and quiz shows. The move follows two British acquisitions
for Zodiak, Diverse Productions and Bullseye TV, and the Scandinavian outfit is
currently moving its distribution unit, Zodiak Television World, from
Copenhagen to London.

“I am sure that Lucky Day will quickly make a name
for itself with commissions from the large broadcasters,” said Patrick Svensk,
the CEO and president of Zodiak. “We will continue investing in outstanding
entrepreneurs and creators with strong ideas in English-speaking countries.”
