Zenith in Administrative Receivership

LONDON, August 30: British independent Zenith Entertainment
has gone into administrative receivership, the Guardian reported today, with PricewaterhouseCoopers seeking
a buyer for the company’s assets.

Zenith’s Blaze Television division, whose credits include CD:UK, has reportedly already been sold to Shout! Factory
in the U.S., a home entertainment label.

A PwC spokeswoman told the Guardian that Zenith had gone
into administration because of a "reduction in the general commissioning
of programs, specifically in the drama sector."

Zenith Entertainment's current productions include King
Arthur's Disasters
for ITV.
