Wonder Women Partners with Prime Video Pathway

The new partnership between Wonder Women CIC and Prime Video Pathway will support Wonder Women’s Mentoring Programme and Wonder Women Live! in Manchester.

“Our partnership with Prime Video Pathway reflects a shared commitment to upskilling and supporting underrepresented talent—values at the heart of Wonder Women’s mission to empower diverse women across television and the creative industries,” said Ria Hebden, founder of Wonder Women CIC. “We are deeply grateful to Prime Video Pathway for their support. Together, we are expanding creative pipelines to leadership and opening new doors for women across the North of England.”

Wonder Women’s mission is to elevate diverse women into senior leadership positions within television and the wider creative industries.

Prime Video Pathway will specifically support two key initiatives within Wonder Women: Headline sponsorship of the Wonder Women 2026 Mentoring Programme, supporting 31 women in mid-senior positions across the UK to progress toward senior creative leadership roles, and the Wonder Women Live! event in Manchester, providing access to industry leaders for women and underrepresented creatives based across the North of England.

The partnership aligns Wonder Women’s mission of elevating diverse women into senior leadership positions with Prime Video Pathway’s nationwide commitment to enhancing industry skills through training and development programmes and creating access to opportunity.

The 31 mentors have been paired with mentees in their field, with women in roles including writer, producer, screenwriter, director, showrunner, line producer, casting director, head of development, senior producer, presenter, media doctor and edit producer.

This year’s mentors include Camilla Lewis, Carlotta Rossi Spencer, Cay Lynch, Charlotte Tudor, Christina Tudor, Debbie Ramsay and more.
