Warner Home Video, 2entertain Renew Deal for BBC Programming

BURBANK, December 12: Warner Home Video (WHV) and 2entertain
Video (2EV) have entered into a new distribution agreement to deliver home
entertainment programming from the BBC and other content providers to retailers
within the U.S. and Canada.

WHV will serve as the exclusive home video distributor of
all titles in the BBC library as well as additional titles acquired by 2EV for
North American distribution. This marks a renewal of a previous six-year
agreement.

2entertain's titles include The Office, Fawlty Towers and Absolutely Fabulous.

Who
volumes are among the upcoming releases
for 2007. 2entertain is a joint venture between VCI Group, previously the
U.K.'s leading independent audio/visual packaged media business, and BBC Video.
