Warner Bros. Names Licensing Agent for Russia & CIS

LONDON: Warner Bros. Consumer Products EMEA (WBCP) has named Megalicense International its licensing representative in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) for classic properties such as Looney Tunes and The Flintstones, as well as DC Comics superheroes.

The deal takes effect January 1, 2016. Megalicense International will then be responsible for a vast portfolio of classic brands, television, films and new theatrical releases, including the animated brands Tom and Jerry and Scooby-Doo, as well as the upcoming feature film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, among others.
