Venevision Teen Series Set for Boomerang Latin America

MIAMI: Venevision International has scored a slot on Boomerang in Latin America for its new teen series NPS (¡No Puede Ser!), which debuts November 8.

The show, English title OMG (Oh! My God!), will be broadcast in all Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America. The new teen comedy features some of the popular characters of the hit show Somos Tu y Yo (You and Me).

“After broadcasting three successful seasons of Somos Tu y Yo [You and Me], Boomerang has high expectations for the spin-off of this phenomenal teen musical series. We are confident that NPS [OMG] will captivate the teen television audience in Latin America,” said Cesar Diaz, the VP of sales for Venevision International.

“With NPS we are able to present our viewers with an entertaining new story featuring some of the characters they already know and love from Somos Tu y Yo [You and Me], and at the same time it allows us to increase the availability of local programming on the channel,” commented Vicky Zambrano, the channel director for Boomerang Latin America.
