Tween Reality Competition from MarVista

LOS ANGELES/LAS VEGAS: MarVista Entertainment is presenting the new tween reality competition series In the Real World at NATPE. 

Produced by Montreal-based Apartment 11 Productions, In the Real World features 18 contestants ages 12 to 14 as they race across North America and complete a series of real-life challenges. The winner will receive a four-year college tuition and an all-expense-paid family vacation worth $25,000. The show will debut on YTV in Canada on February 4 at 7 p.m.

MarVista also distributes several of Apartment 11’s other shows aimed at the tween audience, including Mystery Hunters, which explores some of the world’s greatest myths and mysteries; Surprise! It’s Edible! Incredible!, which gives 8- to 12-year-olds a taste for healthy living; and the reality series Prank Patrol, which gives kids and tweens the opportunity to execute the prank of a lifetime. 

Also on MarVista’s NATPE slate are the action/thriller feature films Reflections, Special Delivery and The Watch. Additional TV movies and features include Cop Dog, Resurrection Mary, Man Maid, Hidden Camera, NYC: Tornado TerrorGirl’s Best Friend, Behind the Wall and The Secret of the NutcrackerThe Zula Patrol: Animal Adventures in Space: The Movie and the series The Hidden Treasure of Wompkee Wood and BJ’s Teddy Bear Club & Bible Stories round out the offerings.
