White Label Productions has expanded its leadership team with two new hires, including Stephanie Wagner as senior VP and head of production.

Wagner has over 15 years of production management and casting experience across broadcast, cable and streaming. Most recently, she served as executive in charge of production on Barmageddon for USA Network, A Very Boy Band Holiday for ABC, Savage x Fenty Show Vol. 3 for Amazon and the 94th Oscars Nominations Show.

Previously, Wagner served as director of unscripted production at MGM Television. She has additional production management credits for LEGO Masters, Name That Tune, Encore!, Better Late Than Never, Beat Shazam, American Grit, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Her casting credits include Best New Restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Hotel Hell, Worst Cooks in America, Secret Millionaire, True Beauty and The Moment of Truth.

White Label Productions has also hired Katie Judkins as director of production. She joins from Netflix, where she managed physical production for its slate of nonfiction series. Judkins handled production services for titles such as Selling Sunset, Love is Blind, Queer Eye and Car Masters: Rust to Riches. Prior to that, she served as production manager at All3Media America, where she was responsible for physical production across its slate of unscripted series, including Deep Creek, Gameday Commute, Second Wives Club and Dating #no filter.

Wagner and Judkins report to Chris Wagner, founder and CEO, and work closely with Sydney Summers, production coordinator.

“Stephanie and Katie are seasoned, well-respected producers, and we’re thrilled to leverage their industry acumen and relationships with our network, studio and digital partners,” Wagner said. “Both executives will be integral to White Label’s success over the next year as we rapidly expand our global operations and post-production footprint.”
