Warner Bros. Discovery & Astro Pact for Food & Garden Shows

Warner Bros. Discovery has partnered with Astro in Malaysia for a trio of shows, including the Malaysian food-focused Best.Ever.

Through the deal, Best.Ever. will air on Asian Food Network (AFN). In the series, professional foodies immerse themselves in Malaysia’s culinary scene by engaging in fun and heated debates over their favorite dish or favorite version of the dish, with host Daphne Iking casting the deciding vote.

Discovery Network and Astro present another culinary title, Star Vs Food Malaysia, which features a lineup of Malaysian celebrities paired with renowned chefs. The series follows the stars exploring and learning recipes and the necessary food preparation from the professionals. The localized cooking reality show is based on the original Discovery format Star Vs Food, created in India. It is airing on AFN and TLC.

Airing on HGTV, Green Crashers showcases urban garden makeovers across Malaysia against the backdrop of homeowners’ intimate stories. Host Aishah Jennifer Sinclair surprises guests at their homes and helps spruce up their gardens. In the process, Green Crashers fleshes out some of the guests’ personal stories to emphasize the joy that the new garden will bring to them.
